作為The Arcadia 玫瑰園教育的首席招生顧問，我很高興與您分享我們在教育中所秉持的熱情與奉獻。憑藉連續 15 年領導英國兩所表現最優異的 A-level 學院，我的教育生涯充滿了對卓越的承諾，並對學術領域有著深刻的理解。

卓越的傳統

在我的領導下，我們自 2010 年以來，A-level 成績一直位居榜首。我有幸指導超過 800 名學生進入牛津、劍橋、倫敦政治經濟學院和倫敦帝國學院等頂尖學府。此外，同樣數量的學生被頂尖醫學院錄取，且 100% 的學生獲得了英國羅素集團大學的錄取通知。

創新教育

我的教育理念始終以創新和全人發展為核心。自 2004 年創辦卡迪夫第六學院（Cardiff Sixth Form College）作為一個小型輔導中心，到在牛津國際學院（Oxford International College）重新定義教育策略，我始終將學術卓越、職業準備和個人成長的結合置於首位。這種「東西合璧」的理念使我們的機構達到了教育成功的巔峰，獲得了領先教育機構的認可，並反映在我們在英國 A-Level 排行榜中的持續領先地位。

激勵與賦能學生

作為一名教育者，我相信與學生直接互動，花無數時間進行輔導、教學和指導。我的教學不僅僅是傳授知識，更是激勵學生超越他們的期望。這一承諾已獲得了多項榮譽，包括皮爾森科學年度教師獎（Pearson Teaching Award for Science Teacher of the Year）和威爾士年度女性獎（Welsh Woman of the Year）。

Most unique to Arcadia Curriculum is the wide network of mentors and students, meaning that for virtually any query, there is likely someone who has had a recent experience with the issue at hand. Arcadia Curriculum also holds frequent sessions spanning various aspects of the application process and provides a well-rounded approach to medical applications. Arrangement of work experience is also of great help to students, who may otherwise struggle to find the tailor-made work experience opportunities that Arcadia Curriculum offers.

When I decided to go to the UK, most of the schools have passed the deadline, and there are certain restrictions on where I can go to study, but after the Arcadia Curriculum Academics counsellor took over my case, they still tried their best to get me into the region and the top school. And finally, I was successfully admitted. My family and I were ecstatic. The counsellor would still pay attention to my study journey in the UK and maintain close contact. This kind of thorough care, It's hard to find elsewhere.

A very detailed and personalised medical programme which ensures everyone can receive holistic support in terms of their strengths and weaknesses. Personally, I really enjoyed the packed sessions with different mentors that cover all aspects of the selection process from preparing a personal statement to MMI interviews. Without the help of excellent standards, my application process could have been a lot more challenging.

In my opinion, the biggest strength that Arcadia Curriculum Medical Programme provides, and what distinguishes it from other programmes that support aspiring medical students, is the “whole-package” style, individualised support to the applicant. Applicants are followed through from their GCSEs, through A-levels, up until they get into medical school, so mentors have a full understanding of the applicant’s profile from academics, motivation, work experience, UCAT, BMAT, etc.
